What we collect
When you send an enquiry or booking request, we collect the details you provide: your name, phone number, email address, and the information about your event (date, time, expected guests, preferred space, and any message you include). Browsing our site does not require an account and we do not ask for payment details on this website.
Why we collect it
We use your details for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry and coordinate your event with you. That includes confirming availability, preparing a proposal, and following up by phone or email. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Where it goes
Enquiries are delivered to our internal reservations system and handled by the Davcon events team. Emails you receive from us are sent through our transactional email provider. We keep enquiry records only as long as needed to serve you and to meet our legitimate business records requirements.
Analytics
We use privacy-respecting page analytics to understand which pages are useful. These measurements are aggregated and are not used to identify you personally.
Your rights
